A member asked:

If i have pcos,do i have to take the pill to manage symptoms, even if not planning to get pregnant?!is their any risks of not taking the pill for pcos patients??

A doctor has provided 1 answer

PCOS: It is difficult to say since I do not know what medication you are taking. If you do not take your medication, PCOS symptoms reappear. Best thing to do is to discuss this with your doctor. It is a reason why your provider prescribed medication for you. Also consider weight loss if overweight or obese.
