Not really: First off congrats on your pregnancy. i know its difficult with PCOS. You may be at a slightly higher risk of PPD, but try not to worry. Talk to your ob/gyn about your concerns. Ask to have your thyroid checked if you feel you have the start of PPD. Many women get the "baby blues" and these often disappear after a week or so. anything longer please check with doctor.

PPD risk: Yes, a hx of anxiety or depression makes you at a higher risk for a postpartum mood disorder. My rec would be to start therapy now to 1. Reduce your current anxiety 2. Learn some coping skills prior to your delivery. You might be surprise what you can accomplish in a short amount of time. Yoga, massage (pregnancy massage center in ViHi is wonderful)and Hypnobirthing can also help.
