Ovulation: The issue with pcos is many people do not ovulate. If you do not ovulate then you will need ovulation medication to get pregnant. If you do not ovulate then there is no issue. Folic acid helps prevent certain birth defects. Your doctor may have prescribed Progesterone for cycle regulation. It does not promote ovulation though.
