No worries : A mass that size that’s been stable for two years is very unlikely to be anything worrisome. It most is a skin cyst that requires no treatment. If it’s lower down on the bridge of your nose just blow the eye, it could be a cyst of the tear duct but if you’re not having any trouble with excessive tearing and that’s very unlikely.
