Cyst: Dermoid is a kind of cyst common in the scalp area. If it is for 10 yrs unchanged, it is unlikely to be anything significant. Most probably it may not grow either, if at all it happens will be very slow. If bothers you it could be removed by Dermatologist or surgeon
