A Balanced Diet: Wake up after a good night's sleep (8 hours), bathe, dress, and have your first of three balanced meals of the day, breakfast. Fats, carbohydrates, and proteins with some fruit. adjust the quantities to suite your energy need (around 2000 Calories per day). Eat what you like in moderation. Use good judgement and stop worrying.
