Glucose level: A glucose of 78 is normal, not low. The only exception is in the case of diabetics who are poorly controlled. If a diabetic's blood sugar is running 300 all the time, a sudden fall to 78 would feel like "hypoglycemia".

Glucose tests always normal. Episodes of severe dizziness, hot/cold flushing, feeling weak, feeling hungry. Having sugar relieves symptoms.
