Why do my eyes feel like they are going back and forth horizontally(shaky vision) when they are not to the outside world? mri brain and iac with contrast good. eyes and ears are all good too. any thoughts. have it for 2 months now intermittently?

? nystagmus: You may indeed be experiencing minimal nystagmus which is hard to see when eyes are fixated, but you might also have dysconjugate visual imbalance. Videonystagmogram can help immensely and is the next step.
