Hi i've had a uti infection for the passed 2 weeks going into 3 . i've completed a second dose of antibiotics, i don't feel any relief of symptoms, infact more back pain. what should i do and what does this mean? i'm also about 6 weeks pregnant?

Time to see doc: Either your PCP or your Ob-Gyn as an exam and at a minimum urine studies will be needed. Diagnosis will have to be questioned and differential expanded. In case complicated UTI remains the diagnosis, antibiotics should be picked based on cultures and sensitivity, sometimes iv needed, keeping in mind that you are pregnant also so that they do not harm the fetus.
