Probably not: Studies show pyelonephritis (kidney infection) tends to present with fever, chills, nausea, and costovertebral tenderness to palpation, in addition to urinary tract symptoms. Cystitis, or a bladder infection tends to present with urinary frequency, urgency, and dysuria (pain or burning) only. Risk factors for kidney infection exist also however more importantly you should start abx asap. Good luck
