I was put on antibiotics for a uti / kidney infection. at first my symptoms started to go away, but im about to finish my course of antibiotics and my symptoms are back. what should i do? should i be worried?

Contact your doctor: The doctor who examined you and prescribed the antibiotics knows more about your health, than is feasible in this forum. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. Please contact your doctor for a re-evaluation. Wish you good health!
