"Mixed urogenital flora" generally eliminates pathogenic forms of bacteria. Progesterone suppositories are used at "8 weeks" of pregnancy usually to supplement possible inadequate placental progesterone, and support the pregnancy. See your OB physician for guidance.

All laboratory/imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!

It is only possible to interpret lab tests with knowledge of the clinical setting. The best person to do that is the Doctor Who ordered the urine test. You should contact them for evaluation, but the results as I see them here do not show evidence of a urinary tract infection. See your doctor if you have any symptoms. Good luck.

This is in all probabilities a contaminant and not an infection as you have no symptoms. Drink a fair amt of water, dont hold urne for long after the urge to go and keep the vaginal area clean. Next time you have a urine test have them show you how to collect a 'clean catch mid stream' specimen to avoid such reports. Good luck.
