Since saturday ive been having a weird headache, i feel tension and in my ears feel pressure if i move my head forward and backwards it hurts also when i bend i feel pressure. is not a migraine, what can it be?

Sinuses : Sinuses would typically cause such symptoms when filling with fluid/secretions that may involve ears also. Other causes cannot be ruled out. See your doc in case symptoms worsen or become intolerable.

I am experiencing plugged ears and headache in the right side of my head. This is also causing dizziness and light sensitivity. The headache feels like pinpointed pressure and isn't extreme but still uncomfortable. Is this a migraine?
