Never had a headache or migraine or had history with them before, started having one early january and it's like a tight pressure on right side of head, hasn't stopped since just kind of living with it its been constant otc don't seem to help or work?

Please see your doctor for a complete history and physical exam. Although likely to be a tension headache or migraine even if you never had them before, it is important to rule out anything more serious. Once that is ruled out, your doctor can give you more advice about helping with them and discuss sleep, stress, food triggers, and possibly medication stronger than OTC.

To get this under control, need to diagnose the cause, and your description raises question of a dental or jaw trigger over the right side. Alternatively, tension or migraine mechanisms promoting chronic daily headaches, are conceivable. Have your doctor commence a full exam and recommend appropriate interventions.
