Sinus: Migraine is not brought on by positional changes and pressure. That is classic sinus headache. It still hurts and it's not easy to find a way to 'cure'. You are doing good things with irrigation and the antibiotic for times it flares up into an infection. Keep trying ways to avoid allergens, etc. I know how painful it can be - Best wishes.
