I have gastritis. what is the best otc headache meds that will not hurt stomach? .have little off and on pains in head .ct and mri clear. dr says tension or mild migraine. feel great walk 5 miles a day?

With Gastritis, it’s very important to avoid NSAID medications (such as ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin, meloxicam, etc). Tylenol is likely safe. Caffeine and Benadryl are often helpful with headaches, but can have unwanted side effects. You may benefit from further workup and prescription medications.
