Been having on you my headaches from sinus confirmed ct scan. They strike my right side of the head and right eye, and feel sick. No fever. 8+ months on and off, Tylenol breaks up pattern. This migraine or chronic sinusitis? Arent severe headache?

Since Saturday Ive been having a weird headache, I feel tension and in my ears feel pressure if I move my head forward and backwards it hurts also when I bend I feel pressure. Is not a migraine, what can it be?
