Good evening doctors. i asked the questions about the opacification of the left frontal sinus....what might have caused this in the first place? is there anything that i can i do to try to avoid this returning or from getting worse?

Do not worry: Sinus problems are very frequent, and typically the chronic issues like your start with a prior upper respiratory tract infection where liquid gets blocked within a sinus. As long as the quantity is not increasing causing pressure, you can readily live with this without worry. If you have concern, see an otolaryngologist for further advice.
