How does one get complete opacification of the left frontal sinus and its drainage pathway and moderate anterior left ethmoid sinus opacification with no symptoms/ feeling ok?

It can be due to those sinuses never having formed. While all sinuses forming normally is of course the usual expectation sometimes people have some that do not called aplasia. This happens about 4% of the time, and sometimes it may not aerate (10%). If you know you had sinuses before, such a change needs further evaluation even if no symptoms yet
