Yes: Your primary care doc should be able to coordinate further. Testing and quarantine appear justified in this case. Let your employer know as well.

COVID 19 testing: These are symptoms that can occur with COVID 19 (or other illnesses). Please quarantine. If you live in South Africa you will need to get a referral from a medical provider to get tested. If the US, policies vary by state. Testing is appropriate.
