My 3 year old bit the inside of his cheek very badly its been 4 days and it's still swollen and painful. i have been giving him calpol for the pain and using a gel for sore gums but nothing is helping. he is crying in pain all the time?

See his Dr.: It is unusual for a bite inside the mouth to cause pain for that long. it may be a sign of infection or other problem. Have him see his Dr for a thorough exam and visualization of the area. He may require antibiotics or sutures/cautery if the site is still bleeding
