Swollen and sore gums.head is pounding and ive been in and out of sleep. my body aches and ive been drooling in my sleep. cant think of what it could be. im a smoker. cant eat without pain and when i do its super painful.bad taste in mouth

Could be...: ...gum infection, wisdom tooth problem, abscessed tooth (teeth), influenza, or a whole rash of other causes. You need to be physically examined, possibly imaged, possibly lab tested. Please call hour Dentist and make an appointment. When you go, take a list of all drugs (prescribed, OTC, recreational) and a detailed historyy of when this all started and what you have experienced along the way.

Swollen gingiva: Bad taste. Appears you have dental issues, possibly periodontitis, possibly carious lesions. You'll need to see a dentist.
