Seek dental consult: Redness and swelling in the mouth usually indicates infection. White spots often indicate an inflammatory condition referred to as a stomatitis, viral or bacterial in origin, that can spread to all areas of the mouth, and will require anti-viral or anti-bacterial medication. All infections and lesions of the mouth should be examined immediately by a dental professional.

What is your questio: You apparently are handling this well with a biopsy. It may be an infection from one of yur teeth. Have a dentist take x-rays of this area to determine if a tooth is the cause.
