Good question: The antibodies from your COVID 19 infection may last months or longer. The studies indicate natural infection may result in antibodies present for three months or longer. More studies are pending. Recurrent COVID 19 may occur.

COVID 19: We don't know how long the immunity will last from a previous COVID 19 infection - it will differ amongst people. It might not be protective against other COVID 19 strains.

Very remote: Agree with Drs. F, D and M. The incidence of second infection with Covid-19 is extremely rare. Of the hundred million plus people infected with the virus, the number getting second infection can be counted on the fingers of one hand. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
