Do you think i need a covid - 19 test even though i don't have any symptoms. will a rapid antibody test suffice?

Comments: As I understand, where you live, there are protocols for the testing. If you meet those standards and need COVID-19 testing, would not suggest rapid test, as many of these have substantial numbers of false negatives. Much prefer PCR which is far more reliable and accurate, and would be preference regardless of the situation.

COVID 19 testing: In South Africa- one consults with a medical provider who will determine need for COVID 19 testing. Consult your local primary care provider or you can use telemedicine for individual consultations. There are a number of free apps you can use to look at your risk. My understanding is that in ZA, testing may not be approved if you don't have symptoms.
