The antibody response to the spike protein has been used to assess vaccination response over time. The literature and studies are ongoing, but if you have IgG specific spike protein antibodies after vaccination, and are otherwise healthy, you are most likely protected. If you develop flu symptoms, or feel unwell a screening test and isolation is recommended.
