Translation: The sinus cavities in the skull make it lighter by developing as you get older & filling with air. The comment "complete opacification" just means the spaces where air was expected (and darker on x-ray) are full of fluid so they are denser than expected. Whether this is just trapped fluid or pus is for your doctor to decide.
