I had mri. what does this mean "near complete opacification left frontal sinus with peripheral mucosal thinking in central t1 hyperintense proteinaceous secretions. several contiguous opacified left anterior ethmoid air cells too. rest of sinus clear?

Translation: The sinus cavities in the skull make it lighter by developing as you get older & filling with air. The comment "complete opacification" just means the spaces where air was expected (and darker on x-ray) are full of fluid so they are denser than expected. Whether this is just trapped fluid or pus is for your doctor to decide.
