I asked earlier. i had mri with "complete opacification of the left frontal sinus". i did not mention that i do not have any symptoms, at least none of which i am aware. does this opacification still need to be treated? why don't i have any symptoms?

Chronic: The films do not suggest an acute problem, but rather, a chronic one. Any infection would be low level, insidious, and of minimal impact unless an exacerbation were to occur. Address this pro-actively.
