? nerve pinching: Based upon general description, it is quite difficult to pin down your issues, but would wonder about nerve compressions at wrist, elbow, or shoulder. If the numbness becomes more persistent and weakness accompanies, would seek out neurological attention. Testing and interventional therapy may well reverse these changes.
