Ulnar nerve?: Muscles will spasm for several reasons. Over use, electrolyte imbalance, circulation problem or nerve entrapment. At your age, circulation problems are unlikely. If you have a strenous job or sweat a lot, make sure your are drinking enough fluids like gatoraide. Ulnar ner enttrapment at the elbow can cause muscle spasms in the forearm or hand, usually worse in the morning. Get it checked out.
