Go to Emergency: Fever, extreme pain and heavy menstrual bleeding can indicate a serious problem. You should seek emergency care as soon as possible. A variety of conditions can present with these symptoms including Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, Endometriosis, Miscarriage and other serious problems. Do not delay.
