Hi doctor i have been getting severe pain and numbness on my left arm from the shoulder blade, in the past 2 weeks and cramps in my chest shortness of breath and today i have started a burning cold like feeling on the arm mainly the wrist and finger?

Numbness/ SOB/cold : Go to ER today. May be nerve compression , clots, may have autoimmune condition, or may be multiple sclerosis or mass in chest . Go to ER today a this is a medical emergency.
