Pressure in my left temple/forehead, a clogged left ear, and occasional left jaw pain & facial pressure since 12/24. my dr examined my ear, throat, and nasal passages were swollen, but i don't have pain. antibiotics for 3 days. if not sinuses, what?

Sinusitis: At this time I think that sinusitis, probably involving the left maxillary sinus, is a reasonable diagnosis. 3 days of antibiotics is hardly enough to treat this . 7-14 days is more like it. Apply heat to your left cheek & use decongestant nasal spray to promote sinus drainage. A paranasal CT study can identify sinusitis if needed.

Ck upper & lower 1/3: It sounds like you already had been checked well by the ENT (ear, nose, throat) doctor. What is the antibiotics (Ab) for? --please make sure to follow the dr's direction on Ab. If you finished Ab but no improvements or no further treatment by your doctor, ask for a referral to have other specialists to check the brain and/or teeth/jaw bone. Dental 3D scan (CBCT) often shows hidden infections!
