Headache/TMJ: Hello, Pain on one side of the head can be due to many conditions. If you are having visual complaints then you need to seek an evaluation from a neurologist. If you are not having sinus related symptoms such as congestion or drainage then it is more likely you are suffering from a non-sinus related headache issue. There is also the possibility of TMJ ( jaw joint) dysfunction
