I have done intense sport for the past few days. I have felt fine until after my last sport I felt feverish. My legs,arms,head and neck r aching.
I have been having for about 2 months now dizzyness like a rocking feeling, tingling in right arm and leg, and head pressure. I notice when i move my neck it hurts and kinda flares up the symptoms. I had an MRI done about month and a came back good?

What could cause right forearm and calf to feel pins and needs or ache early morning after hours of sleep oocassional face tingles occasionally left arms and calf pins and needles. Pain in r neck and head. Better when I get out of bed except calf?
