19 years old. female almost 2 weeks, left cervical lymph nodes palpable, palpated size of the largest one is approximately 2-3cm no pain felt, the swelling node is not soft, it is hard. no fever, no cough help. what interventions can i do?

Lymph nodes: Lymph nodes are your body’s way of eliminating infection, in this case left side of head and neck. They can persist days to weeks and should shrink with time. At two weeks it is reasonable to see your doctor to discuss and to have a good physical exam. Most likely this will resolve.
