When i breathe in i get this burning feeling in top of chest, and tickling cough feeling. no phlem, xray clear, cbc good. no fever ? but feel lousy

Lousy feeling: You may have gerd-gastro esophageal reflux. See your doctor or a gastroenterologist for help.

Need to look at meds: You underlying pots condition causes rapid heart rate and the meds are trying to slow it down , bu the meds are probably causing the symptoms. Need to have the doctor reevaluate the need of the meds in your case, Lopressor (metoprolol tartrate) is the issue.
