Cat scratch: I have never heard or read about cases of cat scratch fever from just cat licking - it's called "scratch fever" for a reason. However, you are obviously around cats a lot, and the scratch does not have to be very significant to contract the disease. So it's a simple blood test and you would know the answer one way or the other - talk to your doc about getting the test done.
