Continue your meds.: As you are aware that the 1st trimester in pregnancy are important to stay as healthy as possible. I would try to get as much rest as possible, eat healthy and stay hydrated. You can take ;cough drops and use warm compresses on your sinuses. A follow up with your PCP is recommended.
