Can child have flu without cough? Fever 102, extreme nasal congestion, sore throat, extreme fatigue. Looks sick through the eyes.

Yes: The symptoms of flu and many other diseases evolve over time. Initial symptoms may just be high fever. If flu is prevalent in your area have the kid seen & tested. The anti-virals are not very effective if started after 48 hrs of symptoms.
