I am pregnant with the flu, i have no fever , but i have a cough and nasal congestion i was wondering if the flu itself causes miscarriage or complications caused by the flu can cause miscarriage , i am really worried and would love help ?

The only way to tell if it is the flu is to get a nasal swab test. I would be worried about COVID as well if it is going around where you live and you have not been vaccinated and/or not wearing a mask. You should have gotten you flu shout by now I thought. Disuss with your Drs
