You need help!: Sounds like a delayed immune response to the mold exposure. History of asthma? You may benefit from inhaled medications to decrease the congestion/cough, such as Advair or otherwise. For the upper airways symptoms, Zyrtec and Flonase could help, though Flonase will take a couple of days to kick in. Nasal saline rinses could offer a quick fix too.

Yes: Exposures to irritants like mold can be treated with antihistamines, steroid nasal sprays, or even good old salt water to flush out the issues. A neti pot or similar device can help without exposure to medications. If you use the saline either use commercial packets or devices or mix your own: 1 qt boiled water, 1 tsp sea or uniodized salt and 1 tsp baking soda to buffer.
