Congested last few days.have parkinson.. every otc warns do not take with parki meds.. is there any thing i can take for this otc? .cuz 2day tested positive 4 covid..pneumonia shot 12/7 should it help?

Try non med first: The first line of treatment for a Parkinsons patient should be non medication based. Use increased fluids and nasal saline washes for nasal congestion, honey for cough and salt water gargles for sore throat. If these do not help, talk to a dr via telemedicine to discuss exactly what and for how long you can take.
