COVID isolation: Isolation is a lonely business. Would you want a coworker to leave isolation early? What about a coworker with symptoms of congestion? We improve our odds of limiting spread by adhering to the recommendations. Make a point of calling or better still, video chatting a friend or relative every day, working on a craft project, or working on a project for someone needy.

COVID 19: Per the CDC: “For persons recovered from COVID-19 illness, CDC recommends that isolation be maintained for at least 10 days after illness onset and at least 3 days (72 hours) after recovery. Illness onset is defined as the date symptoms begin.” REF: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/strategy-discontinue-isolation.html#:~:text=For%20persons%20recovered%20from%20COVID,the%20date%
