I had gillian barre syndrome and was told never to take a vaccine. in february i had covid and pneumonia was hospitalized for a week and came home with oxygen, also had a infusion. is the covid shot out too?

We dont know. You had Covid so you almost certainly have immunity. How long will it last? Current evidence says at least 8 months. In our current state of knowledge healthy patients who had the infection are recommended to vaccinate. Now we have your previous Guillain-Barré syndrome. My advice to you would be to wait. In six months time our state of knowledge will be much greater.
