Test for COVID even though you had it in the past.Vaccines work well but don't necessarily stop you from getting COVID mildly again(cold-like symptoms).Be sure you've had the full vaccine series+booster.Best treatment for cold symptoms is fluids,rest, fever reducers if have fever,and sometimes an over-the-counter decongestant if you have no medical contraindications. Contact doctor if not improved

I agree that testing is indicated. Fluids, rest and monitoring your temperature and breathing is recommended. COVID 19 infection is generally less severe if you have had the vaccination series, including a Booster. Watch for shortness of breath, prolonged cough and fever.
