Test and quarantine: Absolutely you should get a test. This will help you determine if and for how long you need to quarantine. If you had close, prolonged exposure, I would suggest you try and stay away from your family if possible until your test results are available. Wear your mask even in your home to prevent transmission. Try to rest and try not to overdo things. Also, relax, try some meditation.

COVID 19 concerns: In South Africa a medical provider will determine need for COVID 19 testing. Consult your local primary care provider or you can use telemedicine for individual consultations. There are a number of free apps to look at your risk. PLEASE QUARANTINE.

See below: Covid-19: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html Contact your doctor/local hospital, by phone for evaluation and testing in your area. Wear a mask, stay away from others, practice hand hygiene. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital, immediately. Get Covid vaccine. Wish you good health.
