A member asked:

I have bilateral sclerosis of si joint. also have irregular blood tests and am getting bone scan per hem/onco. will it pick up further info regarding condition ie extent or cause? scan to rule out cancer bc pain/bloodwork. cancer connection possible?

Consider: Your description may suggest ankylosing spondylosis which could be confirmed with a blood test, and imaging, but other rheumatological conditions could be considered. Your SI joint issues are not a sign of any cancer.
