SI joint: This is a radiographic description of your sacroiliac joint where your pelvis meets the spine. There are degenerative changes to this joint that may or may not be a source of your pain. It's possible that you've had these changes for years and you are having a flare up in this area.

?Spondyloarthrpathy: Sounds like markers for a spondyloarthropathy. Without further history and physical exam can not state which, but you need to see a Rheumatologist who knows and knows what further studies are warranted.
