Recently i've had really bad constipation and been unable to go when i finally did there was a bit of bright red bright in the faeces and i'm really worried about cancer?

Likely constipation: Bleeding is unlikely to be from cancer at the age of 19;it is most likely from constipation causing an irritation or small cut in the area where the bowel movement comes out.I would recommend increasing fluids to help with the constipation and applying some petroleum jelly to the anal area to help heal it up. Please contact your doctor for a possible exam and further instructions if it continues.
